King ColorCore® is a durable, marine-grade HDPE sheet material designed for outdoor use. Its layered construction allows us to machine through the surface color to reveal the contrasting color underneath, creating crisp lettering and details without paint.
Yes. King ColorCore® HDPE is designed to withstand outdoor exposure and will not rot, rust, delaminate, or require painting or sealing. Like all HDPE, it can expand and contract slightly with temperature changes, which is considered in our sign designs and mounting recommendations.
Yes. We’ll prepare a digital proof showing your personalized sign and send it to you for approval before machining begins. Production will not begin until your proof has been approved.
You can order your sign with pre-drilled mounting holes or without holes. Signs ordered with mounting holes include color-matched mounting screws for a clean, finished installation. If you choose no holes, you can use the mounting method best suited to your installation location.
Each sign is made to order. Our standard processing time is 5–10 business days, which includes preparing your proof, receiving your approval, machining, finishing, and packaging your sign. Shipping time is additional.
